Museumnacht010 opens up Rotterdam museums in the night

Rediscover the art and culture of Rotterdam during Museumnacht010 on Saturday, June 18. During this summer edition, 38 art and cultural institutions will open their doors to all adventurers, art connoisseurs, dreamers, and other lovers of museums at night.

With a program full of performances, exhibitions, escape rooms, taste explosions, installations, and music, there is something for everyone. The institutions are ready and waiting to present themselves to the audience again. There are a number of new locations during this special summer edition: HIM (Het Industriegebouw Modern), Het Archief, Root Gallery and Boijmans Hillevliet.

The programming is based on the core offering of Rotterdam’s cultural institutions; the current exhibitions and permanent collections. On top of this comes a special programme. It is not surprising that, after two years of Covid-19, themes such as (t)he home, spiritual care and activism recur regularly.

Museumnacht010 will also be perfect for a successful night out with friends. Experience the unique view from the roofs of museums, take part in a dance workshop at TENT, listen to music at Roodkapje and Huis Sonneveld, and feast on Rotterdam’s harvest at the Natural History Museum.

Tickets to Museumnacht010

Museumnacht010 takes place on Saturday 18 June from 8 PM to 1 AM. Regular ticket sales start on May 20 at this site.
Regular tickets €17.50, Kids ticket up to 12 years €7.50.
