Spaanse Poort

Spaanse Poort offers authentic Spanish food in the Oude Haven

Next to the characteristic arches in the Oude Haven, Spaanse Poort offers Spanish cuisine in a unique atmosphere and ambiance, with a mix of traditional and modern elements.

Spaanse Poort is born out of a love for Spanish food. The two founders are passionate catering entrepreneurs, with a lot of experience. The restaurant is the newest endeavor of The Party Group, known for De Beurs, De Vrienden Live, George Cocktails & Food and Villa Thalia.

At Spaanse Poort visitors can expect various surprising fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. The passionate chefs give a contemporary and personal touch to the dishes, but remain faithful to their origin. They prepare dishes such as Paella de Pescado according to Catalan recipe, a whole sea bass baked in sea salt crust and Berberechos (cockles).

Celebrate at Spaanse Poort

The interior is colourful, with a nice contrast between Dutch sobriety and Spanish passion! This summer, the terrace will completely be transformed into an atmospheric Spanish Patio. The terrace is located in the middle of the Oude Haven, a popular area full of restaurants.

Besides delicious extensive dining, you can also visit the restaurant on Friday and Saturday for a dance and a drink. It will feel like a Spanish Disco, with hits from the 70s and 80s.

Spaanse Poort is located at Haringvliet 637. It’s open from Wednesday to Sunday. From 12 PM to midnight. Friday and Saturday it closes at 2 AM.
