Rotterdam Architecture City shows the 100 best buildings

Rotterdam ranks among the top international architectural destinations. The newly updated Rotterdam Architecture City is a perfect guide to all classic and recent architectural highlights.

To celebrate the launch of Rotterdam Architecture City, this coming Sunday 14 November there is a presentation. 100 buildings in 100 minutes takes place at Leeszaal West. Authors Piet Vollaard and Paul Groenendijk tell everything about the new selection. The event is organised in collaboration with OMI Rotterdam and Stichting Architectuurgids.nl. Get your tickets.

The Boijmans van Beuningen Depot, Little C and Theater Zuidplein, and of course the well-known icons such as the Kunsthal and the Van Nelle Factory, are reason enough for many international architecture enthusiasts to make the trip to the city on the Maas.

This handy and up-to-date architecture guide shows the highlights of the Netherlands’ architecture city. With the 100 best buildings photographed by Ossip van Duivenbode, the city’s most interesting locales, including entertainment, hidden gems, and dining out in an architectural setting.

This guide also leads to the nicest places in the city like the Rotterdam Makers District and Katendrecht.
