Record label Nous’klaer Audio celebrates its 10 year anniversary with a festival at BRUTUS

For 10 years, independent record label Nous’klaer Audio from Rotterdam has released progressive, forward-thinking, uncompromising electronic and pop music on their terms. To celebrate, Nous’klaer will throw a festival on June 8 at BRUTUS. A highly unique and wholly unique Rotterdam space, that channels the city’s industrial rawness and creative ingenuity.

Nous’klaer label staples, whose music has helped shape the label will perform. Over the past 10 years, these artists have grown from unknown talents to world-class musicians. They’ve brought their sound to Berghain, Bassini, Mutek, Organik Festival, and everywhere in between.

Now is the moment for these artists to regather at their festival. The festival will feature live debuts, welcome new artists into the family plus surprising multidisciplinary live acts and DJs that represent the label’s sound. The breadth of the label will be represented at the festival: think of poetry by Meetsysteem, harp by Ranie Ribeiro, ambient by upsammy and polyrhythmic techno by Konduku. The full line-up will follow in April. For more information and ticket sales, visit nousklaerfestival.com

Perfect location BRUTUS

Festival venue BRUTUS was founded by renowned artist Joep van Lieshout and is an artist-driven playground. The festival will take place in the Sculpture Garden and the Cathedral of BRUTUS. The location is full of fantastic works of art and is truly a place for artistic experiments. A perfect location for the celebration of 10 years of Nous’klaer Audio.
