Rita Ora plays Impact Night

First Impact Night takes place in Rotterdam Ahoy

On Tuesday 4 June, Rotterdam Ahoy will host Impact Night, a brand new event that will bring thousands of visitors together to make an impact on various social issues. There will great shows by international star Rita Ora and Dutch artists such as Son Mieux. As visitors enter the venue they’re confronted with the Impact Zone. Here, various organisations, including WWF, KRO-NCRV, MindUS, Danspaleis and JoinUS join forces to directly involve every visitor in various activities.

The extraordinary show will last no less than 2.5 hours. World star Rita Ora, who specially comes to the Netherlands, will take the stage and meet her fans. She says: “I look forward to being back in the Netherlands with a show and sharing my message of equal opportunities and inclusivity.”

Besides her, Dutch artists such as Son Mieux, Kraantje Pappie, Numidia and speaker Teun Toebes will treat the audience to inspiring moments. Kraantje Pappie, for instance, openly shares his experiences on mental health, which makes the evening even more special.

Gwen van Poorten, Sosha Duysker and Niek Roozen are the talented hosts. They not only connect the evening, but also engage in in-depth conversations with the artists, both on stage and behind the scenes. Gwen, herself very socially engaged, is looking forward to it immensely: “I’m committed to society because I think it’s important. It is extraordinary to be present with thousands of visitors, and the hall will undoubtedly vibrate on its foundations.”

Niek Roozen, proud ambassador of WWF, is looking forward to the Impact Night and wants to inspire the Netherlands to make a positive difference together. Add to that a dazzling show, and it will be an unforgettable evening!
