Brand and Brouwerij Noordt brew New Zealand Sunshine

Brouwerij Noordt has been brewing craft beers since 2015 in a former fire station in the Old North. For its new The Brand Collab Brewer Series the Brand Beer Brewery asked the local brewery to create a new beer: The New Zealand Sunshine. A refreshing beer with a tropical and fruity character.

The beer perfectly fits the spring season. It’s a limited edition and available from mid-May exclusively at Brand Horeca outlets. Rob Habets, brewmaster of Brand, and Peter Rouwen, head brewer of Noordt presented the beer recently. In the presence of affiliated Brand catering outlets.

Rob Habets is proud of the first collab from a series of future collaborative brews: “We are very pleased that the beer turned out so well and can’t wait to taste it in the catering industry”.

Peter Rouwen is very pleased with the result of the collaboration with Brand: “The collaboration with Rob and Brand has definitely taken us further as a brewery and a brewing team.”

The Brand Collab Brewer Series is a new initiative by the Brand Beer Brewery. An idea that was partly born at the request of the Brand outlets. They indicated that they would like to have the opportunity to serve a unique beer on a regular basis. In the autumn, #2/2022 will follow. Rob Habets will then also be brewing a collab with Rotterdam-based Brouwerij Noordt.
