The new Van der Valk Hotel Schiedam boasts a Rooftop Restaurant

Van der Valk has been a proud hotel chain for over 160 years. It operates 100 hotels and restaurants worldwide. There already is a hotel in Blijdorp and this summer Hotel Schiedam was opened.

The new hotel has 184 Royal rooms and suites and they all offer stunning views of the Rotterdam skyline, the Port of Rotterdam and Schiedam. There are 13 Comfortable meeting rooms, a modern wellness and fitness center. It furthermore offers a trendy Γ  la carte restaurant, barista lounge, hotel bar and a sky restaurant, appropriately called: Rooftop Restaurant 16th.

As the hotel is near highways A4 and A20 and Kethelplein it’s easily accessible. The hotel on Hargalaan is conveniently located in the vicinity of the center of Schiedam, with the Distillers District.
