At our food bar, we work with as many Dutch products as possible, most of them local. With these ingredients we produce the most innovative dishes, snacks and cocktails. Our working method is to achieve maximum creativity with minimum waste. Approximately 10 to 15 snacks and small dishes change every four weeks.
Aloha’s bar is one of the first low-waste cocktail bars in the Netherlands. Smoked jenever, homemade infusions with herbs from our garden, and fruit vinegars to reduce the use of citrus. Our bartenders are knowledgeable and will inspire you with seasonal drinks. Not in the mood for a cocktail? Our specially brewed beers, (natural) wines and homemade sodas are also worth trying!
Open daily from noon for cocktails, natural wines, lunch, drinks and dinner.
