North Sea Round Town 2022 brings the best jazz

To get ready for NN North Sea Jazz an annual fringe festival takes place at various locations. North Sea Round Town 2022 offers the best jazz, blues, soul, funk, hip-hop, and more on stages all over town. There are hundreds of concerts from Thursday June 23 to Sunday July 10.

In the run-up to NN North Sea Jazz Festival, North Sea Round Town 2022, ensures that more than 425 concerts take place in Rotterdam in just over fourteen days at more than 135 locations. This is done together with North Sea Jazz and initiatives, programmers, producers and locations in the city.

North Sea Round Town aims, among other things, to offer emerging (local) talent a stage, to fulfill a social role in our city and of course to create special musical programs that continue to amaze. Our wish is to bring as many people as possible into contact with the ultimate source of happiness: live music.

Teis Semey is Artist in Focus at North Sea Round Town

The festival likes to pair up young, new talent and renowned names and play on the fringe together. This 16th edition the Danish jazz guitarist and bandleader Teis Semey is Artist in Focus. He gets the opportunity to present various (dream) projects and share his artistic vision with Rotterdam serving as a large musical playground.

In addition, North Sea Round Town makes live (jazz) music accessible to anyone who cannot attend North Sea Jazz.
