Renilde in Gault&Millau

Tres, Botanero and Fitzgerald win at Gault&Millau

Gault&Millau is a regarded restaurant guide. It was founded by two French restaurant critics, Henri Gault and Christian Millau in 1965. It has presented the new guide for the Netherlands and announced winners in several categories.

Gault Millau rates on a scale of 1 to 20, with 20 being the highest. The points are awarded based on the quality of the food, with comments about service, price and the atmosphere of the restaurant given separately. Putaine, On Cru, Lux, IDRW, Renilde, Tres and Amarone all have a ranking in the new guide by Gault&Millau. Tres even was chosen as Discovery of the Year and enters the guide with 15.5 out of 20.

During the festive launch, Gault&Millau handed Fitzgerald the award for Best Wine list of the Year. Botanero was named Cocktailbar of the Year.
