Nacht van de Kaap

Long-gone times revive

One night a year, the area Katendrecht travels back in time. Back in the days, this area was notorious as a red-light district, a sailor’s neighbourhood where stories about naughty adventures were circulating. “The Night of the Cape” is an international sailor, and life song festival, where times long-gone are revived at Katendrecht. Live songs and passionate stories are performed at various locations, this year at and around the SS Rotterdam. The program also offers room for contemporary music from all over the world to restore the international character of the island. All this in a spicy and absurd theatrical jacket. Tickets € 29,75.

7 September, SS Rotterdam
