Memphis Depay presents street football tournament in Onderzeebootloods Rotterdam

Red Bull Street Rhythm by Memphis Depay is a new 4-on-4 street football tournament. The Dutch striker presents the first edition together with Red Bull in the Onderzeebootloods in Rotterdam on July 2.

The event offers the best street footballers in the Netherlands a platform to show what they are made of. Memphis has invited and challenged 8 captains to select their best street football team of 5 players. Because of Memphis’ love for street football and hiphop, the captains come from both the music and football world: Winne, Frenna, Broederliefde, Akwasi, Jefferson Osei, Steven Bergwijn, and Edgar Davids are all leading a team. They will announce their respective teams in the course of June. Then also the 8th and final captain will be announced.

Apart from top street football, music will also play an important role at Red Bull Street Rhythm by Memphis Depay; the full line-up is still being prepared and will also be announced in June.

Barbers, soul food and a Memphis Depay Clothing shop complete the party. “With the best street footballers and dope music we will unlock Rotterdam”, Memphis himself said. The event is accessible from 16 years. Admission is free, but to get a ticket registration is required here.
