Laurenskerk Love

Love is in the air at the Laurenskerk

Countless marriages have already taken place in the Laurenskerk. This 550-year-old building exudes the ideal atmosphere for a wedding ceremony. As it is Valentinesday the Laurenskerk Rotterdam organises a unique giveaway for future brides and grooms in love.

From 14 February to 1 March, engaged couples can win the Laurenskerk as their wedding location by sharing their marriage proposal on Instagram. The campaign runs from 14 February to 1 March 2022. On 4 March, the new director of the Laurenskerk Rotterdam, Elles van Vegchel, will announce the lucky winners during an Instagram live stream.

Gradually, the requests for weddings in Great or St. Lawrence Church are coming in again. Unfortunately, many weddings could not take place due to the corona pandemic and had to be postponed. The Laurenskerk offers a variety of attractive options to make your day an unforgettable one! Ecclesiastical marriages and civil ceremonies are possible, and you can even hold both consecutively. Besides the ceremony itself, the church can also accommodate your reception, dinner, party, or combination thereof. Of course, the crew would love to do everything they can to seal the perfect day.
