Weelde Tongen – Culinary Months
At the edge of the city, deep in the ports of Rotterdam, lies a beautiful estate of two hectares. A place where everything is possible: for and by creative people. After various festivals and parties this summer, Weelde now brings a special winter concept called “Culinary Months”. Every month in winter sees a well-known Rotterdam chef at the head of the kitchen. In December Olmo van Duin stirs the pans, in February Alexander Wong takes over the ladles and Marnix Lange will design edible paintings in March.
