Dutch Woodstock revives!

Theatre concert “Holland Pop Festival”

Fifty years ago, at Kralingse Plas. Nearly 100,000 young people gathered at the mills to celebrate love and freedom together. For three days, they enjoyed hashish, each other and music from Jefferson Airplane, The Byrds, Santana and Pink Floyd during “the Dutch Woodstock”.

Strange Brew, Leo Blokhuis and Ricky Koole created a musical theatre concert about this special weekend. Strange Brew plays the soundtrack of the festival and is assisted in Rotterdam by two special musical guests who attended 50 years ago. Five decades later, they are back on stage together for this special tribute.
