On Thursday 25, Friday 26 and Saturday 27 August 2022, the tenth edition of culinary music festival CuliNESSE will take place. Because of COVID-19 the anniversary edition of 2020 was postponed twice.
CuliNESSE 2022 will be a trip down memory lane with a lot of artists who have performed at the past nine editions. The last weekend of August the spectacular anniversary edition of the festival will take place at the Zevenhuizerplas. Many great artists have performed on stage in Nesselande. During the tenth edition many of these old friends will take the stage once again. And each day will be closed by a new name, an artist who has never played CuliNESSE before. These are Anouk. Krezip and Van Dik Hout.
Next to the fantastic music of course there will be culinary highlights. CuliNESSE 2022 offers dishes from regarded names like Restaurant Fred, Hans Worst, Sieberen Meerema, Hotel New York, Gastrobar Ster and het Schielandshuis.
Shuttle busses will bring visitors to the festival from different locations in the surrounding communities of Nesselande. These buses will also be available in the evening for the return trip home.
The organisation is confident that the developments around COVID-19 will continue in the right direction, and that the events will be able to go ahead this summer without any measures being taken. CuliNESSE will open according to the governmental guidelines that apply at that moment. That way everyone can enjoy the event safely.
On Friday 18 March ticket sales will start at 10:00 on the website of the festival. As many visitors have pushed their tickets forward from 2020/2021, only a limited number of tickets are available.
