Cafe Verschoor

Cafe Verschoor is one of the oldest brown cafes in town. It has not changed much over the years, and that’s exactly the beauty of it. As a real neighbourhood cafe, it is packed with regulars, but hospitable owners Joke and Theo welcome everyone with the same cordiality. The interior has a maritime theme, with steering wheels, ship bells, nautical paintings and exotic overseas souvenirs. It is as if you are in a museum. Verschoor might just be the most Rotterdam cafe in Rotterdam.

Oostkousdijk 1 (Delfshaven). Open: daily, 10am-1am
