Burna Boy

Burna Boy brings Space Drift Tour to Ahoy

Acclaimed everywhere, Burna Boy is one of the most followed Africans on the internet at this moment. His coming show in Ziggo Dome was sold out in 19 minutes! So the Rotterdam-based organizer Bon Bon Entertainment decided to offer an extra show in Rotterdam Ahoy on November 20!

Burna Boy was born as Damini Ogulu in Nigeria. In August 2013 he released his first album: Leaving an Impact For Eternity (L.I.F.E). As his success grew, he released his third studio album: Outside in 2018. Burna Boy gained international recognition and performed a sold-out show at the O2 Academy Brixton in London for example.

He released his fourth album: African Giant in 2019. That got him a nomination for a Grammy in the Best World Music Album category. His fifth album Twice as Tall did finally get him a Grammy award as Best World Music Album in 2020.

Burna Boy is widely regarded as one of the most talented, versatile, and consistent artists in the Nigerian and international music industry. Burna’s ever-changing yet unique style of music is considered by many music lovers to be very similar to that of music legend Fela Kuti. Songs like: Kilometre, On The Low and Want it All are just some of the mega-hits that he will perform.

Bon Bon Entertainment is closely connected to Burna Boy. They organised his European tour in 2019 and invited him to their club nights in Villa Thalia.

The ticket sale starts this Friday October 22 at this site: https://burnaboytour.eu.
