Danish design brand Bolia is expanding its presence in the Netherlands. Rotterdam will welcome the 10th Bolia store in Holland at the end of August. The former Vanilia Boutique on the Oude Binnenweg will be transformed into an inspiring store with 370 m2 of design. It will house the Design Atelier as well as pieces from the brand’s new AW22 collection.
Bolia was born in Denmark some fifteen years ago. The nature, the materials and the Scandinavian design heritage provide the greatest inspiration. A heritage based on simplicity, elegance, craftsmanship and authentic materials. Bolia works closely with talented international designers – from new talent to prestigious design studios – who all share a passion for Scandinavian design, natural materials and beautiful designs.
New Scandinavian Design
“There is a lot of interest in our world and our designs, and we are excited to make our vision of New Scandinavian Design available to our customers around the world”, explains Camilla Kallehauge Møller, Press and public relations manager at Bolia. Bolia’s success is such that the brand keeps on opening new stores all over the world. It already has 70 stores in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and France, as well as online stores in 32 European countries. Bolia also works with more than 600 resellers in over 50 countries around the world.
The Bolia stores offer a unique experience that explains their success. The brand’s website physical showcases speak to the five senses: customers can see, touch and appreciate the volumes of the pieces, to the delight of interior fragrances and musical compositions designed by the brand. From August, it will be possible to discover the AW2021 collection, its sustainable pieces, Scandinavian lines and luminous atmospheres symbolic of the Bolia universe.
Bolia opens august 26 on the Oude Binnenweg 132.
