Want to discover a different kind of museum? Allow us to introduce you to the Belasting & Douane Museum. This museum offers a thematic and interactive tour through the history of taxes and customs and is suitable for all ages.
Discover how duties were measured, weighed and calculated in the past and experience which facilities are paid for with tax revenue. Don’t forget to take a look at the objects used for smuggling, from shoes with double bottoms to the rib of a whale.
