Powerhouse Company is an award-winning architecture firm with its head quarters at the Floating Office Rotterdam, their own design. Their story began in 2015, then newly founded, operating from kitchen tables in Rotterdam and Copenhagen. Since then, they have grown into a multidisciplinary firm of around 100 professionals, with international studios in Beijing, Oslo and Munich.

For over ten years already ANSH46 is a progressive store in the city center. It carries labels with the upmost sense of style, a combination of upcoming brands and more household names. ANSH46 was among the first to sell now popular brands like Off White, Heron Preston and Casablanca.  It offers a wide range of distinctive labels like JACQUEMUS, 1017 ALYX 9SM, Raf Simons, Lanvin and Amiri.

ANSH46 also presents their own products such as tehri own soap and clothing. Last year their first T-shirts paid hommage to the Lamborghini Countach by Italian design house Bertone. In the past the store has been a pop-up for collections by The Weeknd and Justin Bieber.
