The Walk’in Fish

For sustainable, organic food it is worth a wander to The Walk’in Fish, conveniently located in Rotterdam’s entertainment area, Witte de Withstraat. The menu mainly consists of fresh fish dishes, including less common varieties such as lemon sole, which is served whole. Seated under a tree in this ultra-hip restaurant, you can enjoy the likes of yellowfin tuna tartare with kimchi, miso and steamed rice and swordfish pastrami. A favourite is the raw coquille with ponzu and dashi (pictured above). There is also plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians.
