The Park

The Park

Bilderberg Parkhotel’s in-house restaurant claims to be a perfect spot for “casual dining in the middle of the city”. The Park has its own menu, as well as signature dishes from the two-star Michelin restaurant Parkheuvel, including Maas-Rijn-IJssel beef bonbon, Veluws venison and red fruit soup. The Park offers a good choice of small dishes inspired by the convivial Asian and Mediterranean principle of meal sharing. Wooden floors, light-blue velvet upholstered chairs and old Masters on the walls make for a pleasant dining environment. There’s also a conservatory that looks out over a hidden courtyard, and a cigar lounge decorated in brown hues where you can order a glass of Cognac.
