Schot Huidenclub 7

Schot Coffee Roasters now has a café at de Huidenclub

The Huidenclub is a workspace, gallery, studio, and event location and now also offers good coffee. Schot Coffee Roasters has opened up a café in the canteen area.

Schot is a regarded coffee roastery. They source partnership coffees directly from the farmers they work with. They buy their coffee year after year and pay a good premium for their beans, to make sure they have a good income and can invest in their farms. Besides partnership coffees, small quantities of exclusive, exceptional coffees are bought.

Schot roasts the coffees on a Giesen W6 in batches of three (filter) or five (espresso) kilos. The goal when roasting the coffee is to obtain a sweet, balanced, and well-developed coffee that emphasises the characteristic flavours of the origin or region.

In the café, there is a menu of different coffees but also cups, filters and servers.
