The NS (the principal passenger railway operator in the Netherlands) really went all out with lightning Rotterdam Central Station. Thousands of lights Station give the station a winter makeover.
With this, NS wants to make the dark days more pleasant for travellers and visitors. Station manager Marijke Ris. “We have placed a large gift in the station hall that you can walk underneath. Because there is more to the station than just trains. There are several shops where you can get nice gifts for the holidays.”
Recently Relay and Backwerk occupied a new space in the terminal. It already offered stores like Rituals, Hema, Sissy-Boy, VILA and Only.
The lights will remain up until the end of January.
