RechargeMe Yoga comes to Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam

RechargeMe Yoga was founded in 2020 by professional Yoga Coach Alona Bereza. She has more than 10 years of experience and now she invites all ladies to join a beautiful journey of the Divine Feminine on February 25 in Convention Centre WTC.

During the workshop women have the opportunity to understand themselves, their life path, and their bodies in a new light. It will transform, awaken, heal and empower every woman to merge and embody her unique, sacred, sensual, ancient energy that lies within Heart, Womb and Soul. Discover what it means to be Divine Feminine and Heal Wounded Feminine, and you will learn about True Femininity. By encountering the ancient wisdom the women’s bodies hold, participants will step into a new understanding and power within yourself.

RechargeMe Yoga Workshop 

The day consists of a 1 hour Divine Feminine Vinyasa Yoga Flow for all levels, a 1,5 hours Divine Feminine Energy Workshop and a 1 hour Powerful Guided Meditation. In between free catering is served: different sorts of tea, still or sparkling water and smoothies.

During the workshop, attendees will learn to awaken the divine feminine energy and heal themselves. So those who feel like they never get anywhere. O r get what they want and always feel exhausted and depleted this workshop is the answer.

It’s necessary to bring an own yoga mat.
