Nostalgic sailor songs

Shantykoor “Het Kraaiennest”

Shanty choir “Het Kraaiennest” is a festive formation of forty people (tough sailor guys who are a little rough around the edges). They take you across the seas with cheerful and sometimes sensitive shanties, traditionally, the work songs on sailing ships. The choir presents entertaining sing-alongs, sailors songs in Dutch and other languages, Irish ballads and Scottish folk songs, accompanied by the combo and led by accordion. It promises to be a fun afternoon, during which Trudy from Rotterdam will spoil the audience with fun sing-alongs.
