Mori opens new bistro, bringing Japanese tradition to the City Centre

Inspired by Japanese tradition, Mori offers a dining experience centred on maximising flavor, texture, and balance. Already known for its haute cuisine sushi and richly filled poke bowls at the Foodhallen, Mori has now opened a bistro in the city centre. The chefs use only the finest ingredients available each day, combining local and international produce to offer the best possible experience with meticulous attention paid to presentation.
