1NUL8 has expanded its operations with Let’s Meat, a new barbecue restaurant at Binnenrotte. Specialising in meat dishes, it also offers a wide range of fish and vegetarian options. The Josper grill oven gives the food a smoky, charcoal flavor. The menu features classics like pata negra, flat iron steak, ribeye and côte de boeuf, alongside dishes like roasted cauliflower, sea bream and vongole. The cosy and accessible interior, designed by Dennis Koeslag, makes Let’s Meat an inviting spot for lunch, celebrations or special dinners.
