The cost of eating out in Rotterdam can be on the steep side, so this is a brilliant, low-budget option. Stop by for a coffee on the terrace or head upstairs to enjoy a bowl of homemade pasta and a bottle of wine with candlelight. It’s no wonder that locals flock to this unassuming spot!
