Fun fact about Hugh: the architect of the Hilton Hotel, where HUGH is located, is called Huig Maaskant. Because this Hilton Hotel was designed by the first non-American, the company wanted to name the bar after its architect. However, it is not very easy for Americans to pronounce the name Huig, so the bar was called Hugh instead.
