Rotterdam is ready for Eurovision!

Open up to Rotterdam! You can’t miss it: the Eurovison Song Contest is coming to Rotterdam. And with just one week to go before the big final, the city is looking more and more colourful. Have you spotted the Eurovision signs, banners and flags in the streets?

Eurovision Song contest 2021

With all preparations and rehearsals on the way, we’re looking forward to the semi finals on 18 and 20 May. The Grand Final will be on Saturday 22 May from 9 PM local time (CEST). The venue for the 2021 Contest will, like in 2020, Rotterdam Ahoy. The venue has hosted several big (sports)events and concerts, including the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and multiple MTV Awards.

Fanzone

Unfortunately, because of covid restrictions, the Eurovision Fanzone that was planned on Binnenrotte is cancelled. But: because the world can’t come to Rotterdam, Rotterdam is coming to the world! From the 15th till the 23rd of May you can visit the (first ever) online Eurovision Village. You can visit this unique online fanzone on eurovisionvillage.com. Swing along!
