Ladies Run becomes Rotterdam Running Festival
Everyone is a winner! After years of the Ladies Run, which saw thousands of pink-clad women running a route through the south of Rotterdam to raise money for Pink Ribbon, the event will be a family festival starting in 2020.
Now named Rotterdam Running Festival, the event invites the entire family to run for charity on Sunday, 7 June. There are distances of one and two kilometres for children up to the age of 12, and 5 kilometres for ages 12 and up. The 10-kilometre route is for everyone aged 14 and up.
The festival is held in Zuiderpark and offers various other sporting activities as well as the opportunity to treat yourself to some festival food.
