Since 1988, Metropolis has introduced a large audience to unknown, but always promising talent.
The one-day festival offers a stage to talented bands and acts that are about to break through, which results in high-quality, striking, innovative and surprising music.
The line-up is always exciting and consists of bands and artists with a good live reputation. Many famous artists once started at Metropolis Festival. In terms of genre, Metropolis’ programming cannot really be categorised. You can always expect musicians who stand out for their innovative or surprising live sound.
