Copper Branch

Copper Branch serves clean food for a clean planet

The Canadian restaurant chain Copper Branch is one of the largest vegan brands in the world. The first restaurant opened in 2014 in downtown Montreal. Since then it branched out to the United States, France, and The Netherlands. After the first restaurant opened in Utrecht, the second Dutch location is now open on Korte Hoogstraat 6.

Copper Branch has received worldwide recognition amongst vegans, flexitarians, and health-conscious consumers around the globe. The mission of Copper Branch is simple: Serve quality, whole foods and offer customers a chance to make a difference through what’s on their plate. They are committed to innovation and constantly seeking new ways to feed the world sustainably and deliciously. Focusing on serving up food that is as unprocessed and real as possible.

This is how Copper Branch got its name

The name is inspired to reflect the mission and values. Copper reflects the values in quality cooking and energy. Copper is both a metal often used in gourmet cookware as well as being both conductive and beautiful. It perfectly reflects the value in offering quality foods that are prepared naturally and deliciously. Branch manifests the nature and the responsibility to preserve the environment.

Copper Branch has an extensive menu. From comfort food to lighter fare. It goes from power bowls, burgers, and wraps. The sides consist of fries, chickpea salad, and Veggie nuggets. They also offer pastries like pies, cookies, and ice cream.

The drinks menu offers smoothies, Homemade ice tea, and hot drinks like espresso, matcha latte, and coconut water. There is also alcohol to order like Bio Pilsener and wine.
