Crazy Sexy Cool Festival

Crazy Sexy Cool is famous in Rotterdam for its vibrant and unique parties. This summer there will be a colourful festival in the park with an explosion of music and entertainment. The eclectic mix of house, urban, Caribbean and Latin beats will play alongside attractions such as a chocolate river, a candy-cane forest and a ball pit. Ticket prices start at €28.35.

PHOTOGRAPHY ON THE WALL

The Mauritshuis in The Hague initiated a truly special street art project. Across the Netherlands, 20 street artists create new large-scale artworks on 20 walls, inspired by a painting, object or story from the collections of 20 different museums. The National Museum of Photography invited Dalal Mitwally to roam the collection. She chose a 1958 photograph by Violette Cornelius of three Tuareg women in Mali as inspiration. It can be seen in Batavierenstraat in the city centre.
