Chef Exchange at Aloha

The ex-tropical paradise swimming poool turned hip sustainable restauant and café, Aloha, have teamed up with a UK-based restaurant called Issac At. Aparently their no nonsense, hyper-local and young driven team were a perfect match with Aloha and now these two establishments have joined forces for a ‘chef exchange’.

Together they serve a six-course menu. Aloha is going to cook three new dishes, with products from the immediate vicinity of Rotterdam. Isaac At also makes three dishes according to their vision, with only products from the Netherlands! For those looking for some tipples on the side, Aloha & Isaac’s sommelier has arranged a drink pairing with every dish, mainly from the Netherlands & the UK.
