Cas & Kas

Cas & Kas serve vegan bitterballen and croquettes

Two of the most famous Dutch snacks are croquettes and bitterballen. Usually made from a very thick stew, beef stock and meat. Cas de Weerd and Kasper Luiten from Rotterdam wanted to develop vegan examples and so Cas & Kas was born.

The friends put on their chef’s hats in 2019, with the goal of developing snacks without compromising on taste and experience. After many tasting sessions with chefs, meat lovers, vegans, and everything in between, they have come up with a product they are proud of.

Their products are 100% vegan, free of palm oil, and free of soy. They have a delicious crispy crust, creamy ragout, and a filling that cannot be distinguished from the real thing.
