Carolus

Carolus is a new bistro in Kralingen, specialising in Burgundy-style and Eastern-influenced cooking. All the food is made from local produce as much as possible. The place is already pulling in customers, who drop by for a quick drink as well as those staying longer for dinner. That might have something to do with the south-facing terrace, which catches the sun all day during the summer.

Address: Jericholaan 82B, Rotterdam-Kralingen

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 11.30am-midnight, Friday to Sunday 11.30am-1am.
