Camera Japan Festival is back at LantarenVenster

At Camera Japan Festival fans of Japanese cinema and culture can enjoy the newest and best Japanese films from September 22 to 25 in LantarenVenster. It’s the 17th edition.

With over 40 films, Camera Japan Festival, will be packed with the newest and best Japanese films. Most of them will be screened in the Netherlands for the very first time. The organisation is also thrilled to have several European and international premieres. After two years of limitations happily filmmakers and other special guests from Japan are invited once again to the festival.

Besides films, people can enjoy Japanese culture through live performances, workshops and the beloved food market. The full programme and ticket sale information will be announced on September 1st.

Camera Japan Festival is organised on a voluntary basis by a core group of enthusiastic employees and around 40 volunteers during the festival. Outside the festival they organise screenings on location and with a On Tour programme in theatres nationwide.
