Well, we now have one in Rotterdam, just without the hotel attached – and it’s not all that gloomy either. The stylish Café Rose Rouge in Rotterdam-Noord, styled on hotel bars, is an explosion of pink that is truly Instagram-worthy. At the weekend, a young, hip crowd find their way to this bar to drink gin and tonics, cocktails, good wine and coffee.
