Brasserie Stadhuis

Brasserie Stadhuis is housed in a heritage building where owner/chef Martin Strik cooks classic French cuisine with a twist. The more than 350-year-old building on Grote Markt, where the city council gathered for many years, has been beautifully restored. Sit outside at the gigantic terrace, or inside next to the climate chambers where meat is aged and enjoy dishes such as dried aged rib steak; mussels cooked in their shells with garlic, rosemary and thyme; and risotto with mozzarella and truffle.

Grote Markt 1A, Schiedam
Open: daily from 10 AM
