Williams Canteen

This new stylish canteen, located in the heart of the centre, in a side street of Witte de Withstraat, is a place for everyone in Rotterdam. Go there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu consists mainly of classic French-Dutch dishes with an international twist. Among them creations such as Dutch cauliflower with a Mexican pumpkin mole, or steak tartare with parsnips and a coffee-mushroom mayonnaise. The interior is a nod to the 1930s combined with a raw Rotterdam edge. Brass details, unfinished walls, walnut paneling, a bar with pink marble top and a turntable where you can spin your own records. How cool is that?

William Boothlaan 5a, Rotterdam
