RotterdamseKost 2022 takes place next to SS Rotterdam

After editions at the Museumpark, the Kralingse Bos and the park at the Euromast the regarded culinary festival will take place next to the ss Rotterdam. From Thursday June 30 to Saturday July 2, RotterdamseKost 2022 once again serves food, drink and culture.

After a three-year break, the organization is very proud and enthusiastic about the new iconic location. “RotterdamseKost is a real Rotterdam party with a fantastic atmosphere. We are happy that after a few years of uncertainty about the location, we have now found such a great place.”

The terrain of the ss Rotterdam is perfect for the festival. Right in the city center and easy to reach by public transport. The imposing steamship is a beautiful backdrop and, of course, a fantastic view of Rotterdam. The ss Rotterdam is also enthusiastic about the collaboration. General manager Ton Wesselink says: “We are delighted with the arrival of RotterdamseKost at the head of the Cape and are already looking forward to this culinary festival.”

Apart from the location, nothing changes at RotterdamseKost. The concept remains the same: an authentically Rotterdam event with three days of cultural, culinary and musical programming from Rotterdam. From the culinary delights of star restaurant Fred to the Asian comfort food of Asian Glories. The Kik & Friends, Shirma Rouse, the Hermes House Band, Convoi Exceptional and The Amazing Stroopwafels will perform.

Ticket sales for RotterdamseKost 2022 will start on Friday 8 April at 10:00 via www.rotterdamsekost.nl. The first weekend is for the early birds, from Monday the prices go up and regular ticket sales start.
