The Michelin Guide caters for every type of gastronome, from business travelers to tourists, and recommends the best places to eat and stay across all categories of comfort and price. All restaurants in Rotterdam that already had a star, kept the star. There are no new stars.
Amarone, FG Food Labs, Fitzgerald, Joelia, The Millèn and Zeezout preserved 1 Star. It means it’s a very good restaurant in its category.
In Rotterdam FG – François Geurds. Fred and Parkheuvel have 2 Stars. They hold these. It stands for excellent cooking, worth a detour.
Earlier Michelin already presented the Bib Gourmands. Asian Glories, Kwiezien, Gastrobar Ster, Gym & Gin, Huson, Umani by Han and Vineum got those. The Bib Gourmand is an accolade given to restaurants with a luxury and gourmet dining experience that still manages to offer affordable prices.
