Metz

At 3,000 sq m, Metz is Rotterdam’s largest design store and sells many well-known brands. It was established about 150 years ago as a one-person company dealing in household items and it is still owned and managed by the same family. Furniture is, of course, not that easy to take away with you, but perhaps you might like one of their cool clocks or wall hooks. Afterwards you finish browsing, pop out the back to the enclosed courtyard owned by Coffeelicious, where you can enjoy a salmon roll or one of its delicious cheesecakes.
