La Place is a well-known chain of restaurants. There are three restaurants in Rotterdam: in the hall of Central Station, at the Forum, and in the Alexandrium shopping mall. This branch offers take-away and has started with delivery together with Thuisbezorgd.
La Place has launched the delivery service in three regions, including the eastern part of Rotterdam. Through the online ordering platform Thuisbezorgd.nl it is possible to get fresh sandwiches, juices and sweet delicacies at home, for all people living or working within 3 kilometres of the La Place locations in ‘s-Hertogenbosch Arena, Eindhoven Piazza and Rotterdam Alexandrium. With this step, La Place wants to make it even easier to have the goods at home.
The possibility of receiving La Place meals at home fits in seamlessly with the future vision of the hospitality brand. Alice Theunissen, the new Managing Director of La Place: “In many places, we already worked with La Place Mobile Order. This makes it possible to quickly and easily place an order and collect it from a location. With the new service, it’s now also possible to enjoy fresh sandwiches from home, just like we’re used to with La Place. The fact that people also order a fresh meal around noon is a clear trend in the delivery market, which we also like to provide for our guests. Of course, we aim to offer this service at other locations soon as well.”
New products at La Place
The online menu naturally includes favourites. Such as the well-known focaccia with tuna salad, a baguette with herb cream cheese, the cinnamon roll and freshly squeezed juice. The range is also being expanded with new products. Such as a meal salad of kale with sweet potato, goat’s cheese and pecan nuts. Besides sandwiches, soups and salads, sweet delicacies such as chocolate and Tarte Sablées are also on the menu. All products are freshly prepared in the kitchens.
Customers can enjoy a one-month discount of €3 on their first order via Thuisbezorgd.nl. The promotion runs until 20 January and is valid for orders with a minimum value of €15. The delivery service is available daily from 11:00 to 16:00.
