Botanero

In Latin America, you get a snack (botana) with every cocktail – a great concept that was ready to land overseas. Botanero is the latest hotspot where Rotterdam meets Mexico and a high-end cocktail bar meets a fantastic food bar. Neither posh nor intimidating, but relaxed and down-to-earth. Come in a suit or sweatpants, and order the best cocktail you’ve ever had. Like the Paloma, which is totally homemade and served ice-cold from the tap.
