The breakfast culture is trending in Rotterdam and more breakfast places are opening their doors to service demand. Halfway through March, this new all-day breakfast restaurant, will open its doors in Blijdorp. It was previously only an Instagram page, but now it is a real small café in one of the nicest vintage furniture shops of the city, Spullen voor Je Huis (Stuff for your home) at the Stadhoudersweg. From early morning to late afternoon, you can enjoy good coffee here (taste their own blend), tasty bowls (chia, oatmeal, yogurt), toast and toasted sandwiches (avocado and chicken), as well as sweets, such as its homemade bars and banana cakes. If you have fallen in love with the chair or the table you are eating at, then take it home with you, because they are all for sale. And because the owners are working in the library of Rotterdam, there is also a mini-library in this cute little breakfast place. You can read a good book while you enjoy a delicious breakfast. How nice is that?
