Birra Moretti is served at NN North Sea Jazz

North Sea Jazz in Ahoy Rotterdam is the biggest jazz festival of the year. Heineken has been a sponsor for almost ten years. As they want to introduce Birra Moretti to the Dutch crowd the Italian beer is served during the festival.

Birra Moretti is a fresh and smooth beer, with which you immediately feel like a sultry summer evening, full of swinging sounds. ”Since last year, we have introduced the whole of the Netherlands to Birra Moretti, the traditionally brewed Italian quality beer. From this year on, this is also possible during the largest international jazz festival; NN North Sea Jazz. Music lovers can enjoy three days of the greatest jazz artists and we are very proud that this can now be done with a delicious Italian beer in hand.” Says Yvonne de Liefde, Marketing Manager Birra Moretti.

Since 1976, the NN North Sea Jazz Festival has grown into one of the largest music events in the world. In addition to a solid foundation of jazz, many other genres are also featured. In total, about 160 performances will take place in the weekend of 8, 9, and 10 July, spread over 15 stages. This year’s program includes Alicia Keys, Diana Ross, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Erykah Badu, Gregory Porter, H.E.R., Diana Krall, Ibrahim Maalouf, Michael Kiwanuka, and Artist in Residence Herbie Hancock.

“We are very happy with Birra Moretti as a new partner and fully recognize ourselves in their mission: Enjoying good food, good company, and great beer. We are happy to add great music to it. Together with the artists, the public, and Birra Moretti, we will make it one big party!” says Jan Willem Luyken, Director of NN North Sea Jazz.
